The Trutrak autopilot comes with it's own brackets which replace the bellcrank mounting brackets that come with the Van's kit. These little beauties are are predrilled both for mounting to the wing spar and to accept the wing leveler servo. I later drilled some 1/16" holes in these brackets to safety wire the attaching bolts, as advised by my EAA tech counselor. |
