Installing Lower Rudder Tip

 It took some fitting to get this tip to look good.  I pondered quite a while how I was going to run the wire to the strobe unit on the tip...it involves "jumping" from the aft bulkhead/vertical stabilizer spar to the rudder, which (obviously) is a moving part.  I have yet to see an elegant solution to this problem
