This is the 1.5" holesaw we used to cut a hole through the skin and into the outboard baggage rib inside. The holesaw would not reach the rib, so I bought a 12" hex extension, then used a deep well socket to hold the holesaw. Yes, it's kind of a floppy arrangement, but it is plenty accurate enough here. Just go at a slow speed and watch what you're doing. And use Boelube.
