This arrangement is called out in the plans. You secure a board to the last rib in on the wing, then draw a line between the tooling holes. Holes are then drilled in the board along that line and the line is extended to the aileron trailing edge. Voila! The jig is made. This is to secure the aileron in the neutral position to adjust the bellcrank. |
