Acorn Nuts for Rear Light | |

This is an end-on view of the light/strobe unit on the lower rudder fairing. I had to file the shoulders off of the acorn nuts to make room for them to turn. I didn't completely round them, but I'll probably have to use pliers or vicegrips to remove them. In my other plane, I haven't had the strobe units off since I bought it 8 years ago, so.... |
